Chef David Breck Mann is a native Californian with a passion creating a distinct menu using simple indigenous ingredients. Chef Mann’s cooking philosophy represents that of the Southern Mediterranean Coast, taking the richest agriculture terrain that is California and applying old world cooking principals. Chef Mann celebrates each harvest and season by creating delicious meals that will feed your heart and your soul. Our constantly-evolving menu is made with only the freshest ingredients available from local growers, farmers and our own patio garden.
